I’m really happy Bon Iver is sharing some new music, but it’s a shame it’s for Zach Braff’s newest flick Wish I Was Here, his follow up to Garden State – but hey, you win some you lose some. Heavenly Father premiered on NPR on Monday and employs much electronic looping and more of Vernon’s heartfelt (and occasionally unintelligible) lyricism in this one off ballad. The track will be released alongside artists such as Cat Power and The Shins as part of the Wish I Was Here OST.
